What is the tax and nbt rate for imported food items

in VAT by (120 points)
Hi

This is the pricing model(imported food item) i have received, how did they come up with retail and MRP prices, (is it with VAT and NBT), Please advise

Distribution Price              261.00
Distributior Margin              15%
Retail Price                              307.5
Retail Margin                      25%
MRP                                      410
