Tax invoice (SVAT) name and RAMIS RIS name different?

Question

One of our supplier submitted SVAT tax invoice using his business name (not a company) and RAMIS display that supplier personal name (RIS Name). So what name should we use for write credit voucher?

Contact SVAT branch and ask. We also have same issue we are writing for Business Name. Still no issue arouse.
